You may be using a different login method than the one you originally signed up with. MyCabinet supports logging in with:
  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In
  • Apple Sign-In

If you signed up with Google or Apple, trying to log in manually with your email and password won’t work — even if it’s the same email address.

And, even if you first used Google or Apple to sign up, you can still create a manual account using the same email — and we’ll automatically pull in your existing profile and cabinet.
