We recommend using Face ID to log into the app.
This will allow you to access your cabinet almost instantly each time. In order to do this, make sure you’re logging in using an email and password (instead of Apple or Google sign in which can be more cumbersome depending on your settings for those).
If you’ve already logged into the app through Apple or Google and have setup a cabinet, be sure to use that same email address when manually entering a username and password to login, and you’ll be taken to that same cabinet.
Once you setup your account with an email and password combination you’ll be prompted to allow FaceID for the MyCabinet app. If you missed that prompt or denied access initially, not to worry. Simply go to the menu in the top right corner of the cabinet (three horizontal lines), click on ‘Account Settings’ and scroll down to toggle on ‘Face ID’.
